1. Overview & Acceptance

This website is operated by GMR Gift Shop. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to GMR Gift Shop. By visiting our store, browsing our catalog, or purchasing personalized goods from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Online Store & Customization Terms

• By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
• Customer Customization Data: You warrant that any photo, logo, image, or text submitted by you for personalization does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your submitted photographs and grant us a limited license solely for the technical fabrication of your ordered keepsake.
• Spelling & Accuracy: Because laser-engraving and UV printing are permanent, you are responsible for reviewing the spelling, initials, and photo quality submitted through our product customizer.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders for customized items may be cancelled or modified only within 2 hours of order placement by contacting our WhatsApp support team at +91 91665 37783. Once 2 hours elapse and personalized fabrication has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. Pricing, Accuracy & Availability

• All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, design, or service without prior notice.

5. Secure Payment Processing

All online payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners (Razorpay) using 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and NetBanking. We do not store or have access to your sensitive banking credentials or credit card numbers.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged Claims

As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, returns are strictly limited to products damaged during transit. A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed courier package, shipping label, and damage discovery is mandatory to initiate a transit damage claim within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, graphics, product photography, and theme code published on this website are the intellectual property of GMR Gift Shop and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
