• Order Fabrication: Your uploaded photos and custom names are used solely by our studio artists to engrave, print, and fabricate your ordered keepsake.

• Order Delivery: Your shipping details are shared securely with authorized courier logistics partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) exclusively to fulfill shipment delivery.
• Confidentiality: We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or publicly share your personal photographs or contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Photo Security

Uploaded portrait photos and customer engraving details are retained securely in our production records only for the duration necessary to manufacture, deliver, and support your 7-day transit warranty period. You may request the deletion of your uploaded photos anytime by emailing support@gmrgift.shop.
