Because each product at GMR Gift Shop is individually customized (precision laser engraving on leather, high-definition UV color printing on optical acrylic and sipper bottles, or hand-shaded charcoal portrait framing), every order undergoes personalized fabrication:

• Studio Production Time: 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Saturday).
• Quality Inspection: Every piece is hand-inspected for crispness, correct spelling, and flawless finish before boxing.

2. Delivery Timelines Across India

Once dispatched from our studio, estimated transit times via our express courier network are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities, Towns): 4 to 7 business days.
• North-East & Remote Locations: 5 to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Express Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders of ₹499 and above anywhere in India.
• Orders Under ₹499: A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout to cover express courier logistics.

7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Shipments

Please ensure your complete delivery address (with landmark, building/house number, and correct 6-digit PIN code) and active phone number are provided at checkout. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect contact information or customer unavailability after 3 courier delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
